Extremely happy with our new front door. Brian provided expert advice so that we got the exact style of door that we had been looking for. He was also able to make the side panel bespoke to match the overall design and kept in touch throughout the process to ensure we were happy with the details before installation. The door was fitted quickly and expertly with a professional eye for detail so that the completed job looks outstanding.   I can not speak highly enough of Brian and all the team at The Front Door Shop ! I needed a bespoke made front door in oak for a porch I had built, and I was blown away with the finished result ! Hand made oak frame and glazed door, with old school style opening top window ( not something you'll ever get off the shelf anywhere ). I visited Brian's factory mid build to check on progress with my door, and by being shown around the workshop and other projects for other customers I could see the guys we're master craftsman ! The front door shop provide a supply and fit service, and I can honestly say my front door opens and closes as good and elegantly as any super car door in the world !!!   Wow! What an amazing service. Brian was brilliant from start to finish, giving us tips and ideas on what would work well. Nothing was too much trouble and he even came back after the door was all fitted to fit a plinth that he had made as there was a small gap between our hallway floor tiles and the frame of the door. Can’t recommend Brian enough! We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and have had so many compliments on our new door.

  We found Brian's website via Google and thought his range of doors looked interesting. We rang him to discuss our project. We needed a door that would give a face lift to our renovation -a dilapidated bungalow that had lain empty for more than 5 years. We had an aperture with dimensions out of the normal that needed to be met. He spoke knowledgeably about the woods and the methods he used and invited us to his workshop to view the processes. Our question was would he be able to deliver the finished product to us as he wasn't local? Luckily he confirmed that he liked to deliver the finished products himself all part of his continuous care package. We were intrigued and very glad to visit his workshop as we benefited from his passion, experience and expertise. He showed us strictly (almost in dance mode) the importance of direction in entering and exiting and made us think about where our door furniture should and should not go. We talked about security, light and visibility factors, the side panels and the lead times for delivery. He has excellent contacts who crafted elegant bespoke glazed side panels that set off the warmth solidity and beauty of the oak door. The end result -kerb appeal - simply stunning work of art that stops people in their tracks! We then decide whether they may enter or not. A unique stylish door delivered door to door in good time. It puts a smile on our faces whenever we come home. Can't recommend his work highly enough. Thank you Brian.

  Brian helped design our new front door, and all the way to installation provided progress updates and asked questions in order to ensure we got exactly what we intended.   Brian and his team were working on my neighbours house today and just as they were leaving he knocked on my door with a tortoise! It was lost and found under his van! They were heading off for the day and didnt know who he belonged to but were reluctant to leave it behind. It wasn't ours but we took the little thing in as he looked hungry. Turned out he was a very feisty tortoise and wanted to bite everyone! Just before Brian left he popped in to ask about the little chap and if he was eating and drinking. He wasn't as he was desperate to escape! But we agreed to help reunite him with his owner. Thankfully through the power of Facebook 'Billy' was reunited with his family who only lived 6 doors down within the hour. Apparently he's been grounded for a month ;-) thank you Brian for helping the little dude out - you no doubt saved his little life!
