Very happy with our new front door and side panel from Brian. The quality is excellent and the installation is very professional.

Brian and the team were really helpful. We went to them with a design for a solid oak door and with a sample from a new garage so they could match it. The quality of the work was first class and they perfectly matched the garage door. Could not recommend them highly enough

Desperate for a new front door but conscious of the "cowboys" out there we found this Company on the internet. We were very cautious at first but needn't have been. From first contact with Brian to final installation the service was first class. We live in an old house so walls and door frames are not straight. Consequently the installation was not straight forward and went on late into the evening. After a long and arduous day the fitters were still smiling, pleasant and courteous. The result - we now have a good quality front door at a sensible price that is not only smart to look at but also keeps out the wind and rain. We are not normally fans of testimonials but this is one we are very happy to provide and to put our names to. John & Fiona, West Horsley

Brian and his team were working on my neighbours house today and just as they were leaving he knocked on my door with a tortoise! It was lost and found under his van! They were heading off for the day and didnt know who he belonged to but were reluctant to leave it behind. It wasn't ours but we took the little thing in as he looked hungry. Turned out he was a very feisty tortoise and wanted to bite everyone! Just before Brian left he popped in to ask about the little chap and if he was eating and drinking. He wasn't as he was desperate to escape! But we agreed to help reunite him with his owner. Thankfully through the power of Facebook 'Billy' was reunited with his family who only lived 6 doors down within the hour. Apparently he's been grounded for a month ;-) thank you Brian for helping the little dude out - you no doubt saved his little life!

We found Brian's website via Google and thought his range of doors looked interesting. We rang him to discuss our project. We needed a door that would give a face lift to our renovation -a dilapidated bungalow that had lain empty for more than 5 years. We had an aperture with dimensions out of the normal that needed to be met. He spoke knowledgeably about the woods and the methods he used and invited us to his workshop to view the processes. Our question was would he be able to deliver the finished product to us as he wasn't local? Luckily he confirmed that he liked to deliver the finished products himself all part of his continuous care package. We were intrigued and very glad to visit his workshop as we benefited from his passion, experience and expertise. He showed us strictly (almost in dance mode) the importance of direction in entering and exiting and made us think about where our door furniture should and should not go. We talked about security, light and visibility factors, the side panels and the lead times for delivery. He has excellent contacts who crafted elegant bespoke glazed side panels that set off the warmth solidity and beauty of the oak door. The end result -kerb appeal - simply stunning work of art that stops people in their tracks! We then decide whether they may enter or not. A unique stylish door delivered door to door in good time. It puts a smile on our faces whenever we come home. Can't recommend his work highly enough. Thank you Brian.

Brian made and fitted a replacement solid oak door and frame for me in late 2018. I live at a very exposed location, on a hill, subject to the extremes of weather. In spring 2019, Brian returned to further weather-proof the door and make minor adjustments and did so again in autumn 2020. This later work was outside the terms of the guarantee but he made no quibble about returning to do it. He takes great pride in his work and achieves high quality at reasonable cost. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a high quality bespoke product.

Brian helped design our new front door, and all the way to installation provided progress updates and asked questions in order to ensure we got exactly what we intended. The end result is that we could not be happier! Brian's attention to detail is second-to-none which all adds to the finish, the quality surpassing that which could be bought off the shelf. Installation was also achieved with minimum fuss and disruption to property and lead time was half of that being quoted elsewhere. Great craftsmanship coupled with great service.

Love Love Love my Front Door! Thanks so much Brian. Couldn't recommend him enough. Researched several companies in the area but I'm so glad I chose The Front Door Shop. So friendly and helpful. 5 stars

From the moment I approached Brian he was so professional and honest. He listened to what I wanted and made me the most beautiful front door and frame. His craftsmanship is second to none, he was reliable, tidy and he paid attention to even the smallest detail. The Front Door Shop quote was really reasonable , I was quoted double by another provider for a door without a new frame ! Great service with a great sense of humour too. I will most certainly use the Front Door Shop again .

Amazing job from start to finish, met with Brian for consultation and he put our mind to ease. He knew what we wanted as soon as we sat down. We couldn't be more pleased and would always refer Front Door Shop to our family and friends.
